Hello! We are in need of a bookkeeper.
Key Requirements:
• Has experiences in financial reporting and familiarity to do the BIR Filing.
• Experienced in handling FS consolidations, with knowledge and experienced (preferably) in business combinations and/or acquisitions.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• BIR returns computation of payables and filing. Assists in filing of BIR returns before filing date and ensure payments was completed before payment deadlines
• has knowledge for SSS, Pag-ibig and Phil-health.
• Follows annual accounting schedules and targets for the submission of BIR requirements to avoid penalties
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
