We support you in order to protect and grow your assets and make informed financial decisions. We have offices in Miami and Punta Gorda and work with professionals and businesses across the US and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly Financial Statements from client software (i.e., QBO)
Creation of monthly trial balance
Payroll Tax monthly summary
Sales Tax summary reporting
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliations
Bill Paying from client platform such as bill.com
Cash Flow Reporting on a monthly basis
Required skill sets and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field
At least 3 years experience with Quickbooks Desktop/Online or other accounting platforms
CPA License is an advantage
Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures in US is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must be resourceful and a proactive learner
Willing to work on graveyard schedule with at least 4 hours overlap to Eastern Standard/Daylight Time
Willing to work on site (VCorp, Makati)
Available to start ASAP
