Responsibilities : Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process Bringing the books to the trial balance stage Reporting to executive management Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts posting transactions ensure legal requirements compliance. Develops system to account for financial transactions Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance reconciling entries Prepares financial reports Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Skills Required: More than 2 years of related work experience in US Accounting Understanding accounting best practices Problem-solving skills Analyzing Information Time management and multitasking skills Computer proficiency High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Professionalism and organization skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel Willing to work on US schedule and amenable to work from home
