BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for bookkeeping tasks for the client. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Inputting invoices into system and categorizing based on providedexpense chart of accounts * Matching up the PO with Invoice * If they have BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for bookkeeping tasks for the client. JOB DESCRIPTION: Inputting invoices into system and categorizing based on providedexpense chart of accounts Matching up the PO with Invoice If they have a matching PO, entering the invoice into the system If they do not have a matching PO and the vendor is not on ourcontracted vendor list, they will be responsible for relaying theinformation to Management and NOT entering it into the system Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned by Client QUALIFICATIONS: Bookkeeping certifications a big plus Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive Can work independently with minimal supervision Graduate of any 4-year degree course preferably an accounting degree Preferably one (1) year experience in a corporate environment Okay with Work from home set up and Night shift schedule *Temporary Work-from-Home setup due to COVID-19* WFH equipment will be provided once hired.
