THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper, who will perform a wide range of accounting responsibilities, such as reconciliations, general ledger management, accounts receivable and payable, payroll preparation, as well as engaging with clients to develop strong advisory relationships.
SCHEDULE: TBD Mountain Daylight Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Handle bank reconciliations, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Process payroll
Maintain strong relationships with clients by working hand-in-hand with them to encourage decisions supported by data and analytics
Interact and support clients on a regular basis year-round
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and all aspects of payroll
Experience in a multi-client environment
Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
