We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. We are looking for a Bookkeeper to support our Australian client with their accounting operations. This position is full time, onsite work at Kawit, Cavite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance or similar
Must have CA/CPA qualifications
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Bookkeeper
Work experience for an Australian client/account firm is an advantage
Experience using Xero
Must possess exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliation in all businesses
Input supplier invoices, receipts for all entities using Hubdoc
Receipt customer payments
Reconcile Supplier statements
Create batches for supplier payments
Data entry in excel spreadsheets
Complete End of Month checklist
Process Payroll using Employment Hero, Simtrac and manually checking the hours on the time sheets with the simtrac and then separating the hours accordingly
File STP with ATO
Processing superannuation
Reconciling all loans between entities
Reconcile credit card statements
Checking Profit and loss for inconsistency's
Exporting data from Simpro and Service M8 into Xero
