SCOPE OF WORK:
Responsible in QuickBooks Entry
Help in Set up, Update, and Process AP/AR
Will be be responsible in Posting Amazon Sales
Enter Receipts into Acumatica
Enter payments for vendors
Set up / Adjust Accounts Payable Sheet
Assist in Product Listing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong background in accounting processes
Experienced with the use of QuickBooks, Acumatica, Ledgers, other accounting forms
Experienced with invoicing, SOA, etc.
Minimal training needed, must be ready to hit the ground running
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be resourceful and able to learn independently
Comfortable interacting with US partners via phone, email, chat)
Has a positive and "can do" personality
