Trial Balance
Set up payables
Raise client invoices
Assistance with month end Management Accounts
Daily bank reconciliations
Other book-keeping duties as directed
Admin
Support for our Executive Leadership Team
Booking flights
Diary scheduling
Other admin duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Xero (in the cloud accounting system)
2 years experience as a bookkeeper
Excel spreadsheet proficient
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
Keen to details
Amenable working on site
Available to start asap
