As a Bookkeeper you are responsible for supporting the Financial Reporting function by completing significant bookkeeping activities in a timely basis, including, but not limited to, managing the accounts payable (AP) email inbox, approving employee expenses, reconciling back accounts and intercompany balances. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or related courses At least 3 years of relevant bookkeeping/accounting work experience Demonstrated history of achievement and excellence Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of accounting concepts Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and set priorities Strong Excel skills Experienced in using QuickBooks Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule Amenable to start ASAP
