We are looking for talented and smart BOOKKEEPERS who will join our Manila team.
Our Australian client is seeking the services of someone with a high level of technical bookkeeping skills to support their accounts team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of Management Reports
Preparation of ATO Lodgements - BAS, IAS & PAYG summary
General Accounting, which includes:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
Customer Invoices and Customer Payments
Maintaining debtors
Supplier bills payments
Maintaining creditor records
Bank accounts reconciliation
Various reconciliation tasks
Payroll processing
Depreciation Schedule
Accruals and Prepayments
Code and record transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Bookkeeping, BAS Preparation, Understanding of Australian Accounting
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel & Word)
Knowledge in using either MYOB or Xero is essential
