Manage and maintain accounts payable, vendor management, accounts receivable, statement emails, transaction auditing for participants, quality control calls, sales reports, and annual audit support
Manage and enter daily/weekly deposits into QuickBooks and Clinical Trial Management Software, process weekly/monthly clinical trial payments for participants
Oversee obtaining and processing all paperwork from shared revenue partnership locations, track, and invoice and collect all revenue associated
Manage special projects as assigned
May assist HR Manager with different needs as they arise
Contract drafting
Has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
2-3 years of accounting experience
Must be willing to work in PST schedules
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including intermediate to Advanced Excel
Ability to navigate software and databases and experience pulling, processing, and analyzing data is a must
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to meeet deadlines and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
