THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to help us provide exceptional and accurate bookkeeping to our clients. 100% of our clients use either Xero or QuickBooks Online. You will work from home and be hired as a contractor (lots of tax benefits for you to take advantage of). The tasks will include:
· Coding bank transactions in Xero and QuickBooks
· Entering Accounts Payable bills and preparing payments
· Accounts Receivable
· Inventory and Inventory in transit management
· Bank Reconciliations
· Payroll preparation and processing
· Recording Sales Tax including GST and VAT
· Month End close and financial reporting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have bookkeeping experience and accounting education, a CPA designation is great too. A Xero expert, having served Australian clients and possessing advanced Excel skills.
You are good with technology and are used to working online.
Whether you've been working for many years or just a few, you always make sure it is done right - and have that burning desire to ensure it balances! Keeping clients happy is core to who you are.
Someone who can work our hours, 7 am to 3.30 pm PH time. You have an office setup at home with a new computer, second screen and fast, reliable internet.
You are reliable, conscientious, and always available. We will keep in touch with you every day online and expect timely responses.
