Context:Highly proficient in BIM/REVIT Architecture with inter-discipline design works background. Able to manage and handle pool of revit/BIM architects as a production team Missions/Main Duties:
Production of AR drawings in Revit/BIM environment;
Manage Daily and Weekly Task list of each BIM/Revit designers under him with deadlines;
conducts internal and external coordination works with other Revit/BIM discipline leads to identify, address and resolve issues during the design process.
Initiate and attends design meetings, as necessary.
Anticipate delay in deliverables and come up with a work-around schedule to avoid delay in submission;
checks and review WIP drawings as well as final outputs based on Client's approval.
Profile/Skills:
Minimum 5-10 years experience in Design and Construction of medium scale to complex projects. Architectural or any other allied; International works experience is required [minimum 5 years]
Revit/BIM practitioner [skill at scale of 7-10]
Able to develop or produce AR Design drawings from Revit Model
Familiarization with International and local design codes, NFPA, sustainability, etc.
BS Architecture [ Masteral Degree would be an advantage, but not required]
Revit Practitioner
Other certifications [LEED, BERDE, etc] :
