JOB SUMMARY:
The BIM Modeler/ Engineer I and II uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to perform basic to advanced drawing and modeling work tasks in compliance with the company guidelines. He/ She reports to the BIM Team Leader and perform work assigned tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Building Information Modeling
o Creates 3-D design model and presentation materials (Architectural, Structural and Mechanical).
o Creates detailed model to be used in the planning and construction phase of projects.
o Executes clash check between Architectural, Structural and Mechanical models
o Acquires quantities of materials from the design model
o Any other items to be developed through BIM
 Actively participates in developing the use of BIM software in the company
 Creates models in compliance with Japanese standard laws and of the company
 Learns the Japanese Language to communicate with our Japanese counterparts
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST
 Graduate of any 4-year Technical degree course, preferably Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
 With at least 3 years experience in the same field
 Intermediate knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and LUMION is required
 Knowledge in other Design Fundamentals is required
 Knowledge of other BIM Concepts and Software (Navisworks, TFAS) is an advantage
 Above average Communication Skills (oral & written)
 Willing to travel and be trained in Japan if necessary
 Willing to study the Japanese Language
 Willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
