Reporting to the Billings Management Supervisor under the Project Cost Management Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, processing, controlling and monitoring of contractual claims.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes and evaluates the veracity and propriety of billings submitted by contractors/ suppliers in adherence to contract specifications, existing corporate policies and procedures;
Prepares and updates details of billing accomplishment based on Work Accomplishment Certificate to determine project/contract balances; (what is WAC);
Verifies correctness of SAP entries relative to all successful deliveries/accomplishment certified by the project proponent;
Prepares and updates financial database to include contract balances, billed to date, retention withheld, recoupment of advance payment, LD deducted and approved variation costs for CAPEX budget preparation and ease of reconciliation;
Assists in the regular coordination with contractors on status of supply, works and billings to immediately address issues and concerns/processing of requirements;
Assists in the preparation, updating, and development of work plan and guidelines for the improvement of contract and billing procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Two (2) years of relevant experience in project administration and control
Technical knowledge in logistics, resource management and scheduling
Oral and written proficiency in both English and Filipino
Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint Presentation)
