Prepares and printing of proof list and invoices. Prepares, monitors and tracks transmittal of invoices. Transmittal and monitoring of outgoing invoices with documents to clients. Safe keeping of files of billing copy of invoice. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Qualifications: 4-year course graduate preferably Business Management Highly organized Detailed oriented With good mathematical skills Knowledgeable in MS Office Good in verbal and written communication skills .Willing to work onsite in Makati.
