BILLING SPECIALIST
Department: Finance
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Major Responsibilities:
1. Billing and invoicing
2. Recording, analysis, and collection of revenue;
3. Planning and forecasting of revenues and collections
4. Customer management
5. Support preparation of revenue budget
6. Support financial and tax audits
7. File and pay taxes (output tax, etc.)
8. Prepares financial reports for internal use
9. Account reconciliation
Essential Qualifications:
1. Accounting Degree
2. Relevant experience in accounts payable
3. Computer and numerical facility
