Description
In our Manila office we provide Billing services to our global customers in a multi-cultural environment through a state-of-the-art billing platform, we bill for the different territories and products we provide services
We are looking for a Billing analyst to join our Billing Operation team to deliver operational and performance excellence ensuring 'right first time' processes are followed, delivering accurate, complete & timely billing services; and collaborating with other teams from the organization to exceed customer expectations
Key Responsibilities
Participate in bill cycle runs (two per month)
Supporting all business departments or communities on billing matters
Supporting on customers complaints and questions
Supporting billing global regulations
Supporting quality assurance and billing computation
Proactively recommending continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems and processes
Collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Supporting the manual billing processes for accuracy and approval of high value invoices
Assisting in customer account reconciliations
Prepare and present analytical reports when required
Participate in Knowledge Sharing sessions
Follow up and support departmental KPIs
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of Billing analyst activity or supporting function
Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role focused on the analysis of data
Ability to deal with complex billing issues
Sound knowledge of telecom industry and electronic billing procedures
Effective time management - ability to set priorities to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Experience in handling Billing processes, Billing systems and tools for standard billing activities in Telecommunication domain
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail
Commitment to teamwork
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
