Job Description
The Key Accountabilities are, but are not limited to:
Processing Media billing as per client/Agency requirement.
Close collaboration with related internal departments and Agency.
Bill Intercompany AR invoices as per predefined timelines.
Analyse Unbilled and coordinate a resolution of any items that are in question
AR invoice delivery - Email or client portal upload
Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management
Create billing drafts, review, obtain approval, and ensure that billing meets client's guidelines.
Maintain billing and invoice delivery guideline information for assigned clients
Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management
Provide solutions to any relative problems on billing of client invoices
Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Prepare and present analytical reports
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
Key competencies are:
Experience/Qualifications
Can Speak, Read, Write, Listen and Communicate in both English and German
Commerce graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA in Finance
Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with customers and data
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Proficiency in English
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Proven experience as a billing specialist ( in case of supervisor candidate)
Skills (including technology)
Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages
Experience in Hyperion reporting is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
