Billing clerkGateway Motors (Cebu) Inc.

* Ensure invoices are created and prepared correctly according to job
specification/instruction
* Verify information entered into the system
*Full invoicing and collections, consistions with requirements per transaction
* Tracks and monitors all pending after sales jobs ensuring that jobs
performed are reported/ invoiced and all pending invoices are closed/settled
*Resolve unbilled issues with the After Sales team
*Work with After Sales team to resolve all billing, or other accounting related
issues that arise
*Other general responsibilities and special projects as required.
Job Qualifications:
* Finance background, preferably with prior experience in a similar role.
*Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working
* Contract/revenue accounting experience is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident
*Must interact with After Sales team to resolve issues
*Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
*Willing to be assigned in Kia Motors- Mandaue ,Nissan V-Rama, and Niisan Talisay
