A Billing Assistant is responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending invoices and payment reminders to customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Issue invoices to customers
Issue monthly customer statements
Update customer files with issued invoices
Process credit memos
Update the customer master file with contact information
Enter invoices into database
Minimum qualifications
At least 2+ years of related work experience in administrative or data entry, preferably working in a multi-cultural environment
Computer proficiency
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Professionalism and organization skills
Willing to work on US schedule and open to working from home
