• Graduate of Accounting or any related course
• Three years of experience in Billing and Invoicing
• Strong command of English with proficiency in any additional local language
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and effectively with customers and other Sales Support resources
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple activity requests simultaneously while still meeting and exceeding set KPIs and key metrics
• Knowledge of the local markets, vendors, and the regulatory environment
• Collaborative mindset that enables consistent development and teaming
• Can work with a minimum supervision
