The Billing and Collection Supervisor is responsible to provide professional billing and collections services to customers.
1. Responds promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries and issues and generating a positive customer experience.
2. Helps achieve the Company's Vision by maintaining effective, up-to-date Billing and Collections policies and procedures, providing valuable credit resources that allow customers to focus on running their business.
3. Responsible for minimizing Accounts Receivable past 60 days and bad debt.
