Description * PURPOSE
The position exists in order to help the group by achieving the company collection efficiency target and 100% billing within the limits of billing and collection policy and procedures and company target.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
>With at least 5 years of solid experience as Collections Manager
>Must have a solid background in Billing and Collection
>With good verbal and written communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
COLLECTIONS
>Lead and oversee day to day operations of Collections Team
>Implement collection treatment across all customer types
>Provide account receivable aging and collection efficiency analysis
>Monitor account for endorsement to Third Party Collection Agencies
>Conduct regular business review with third party vendors to ensure meeting of defined deliverables and SLAs
>Explore all feasible payment channels for all market segments
>Partner with Key Account Managers for account management of Corporate/Enterprise accounts
>Ensure that all collection staff are operating in accordance to policies and procedures of the department and organization
>Analyze and present analytical collection efficiency reports to top management
>Analyze and present monthly management report
>Handle special project and/or other task assigned by head and/or management
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
>Design performance metrics of the team and individual
>Identify trainings needed by the team and the individual
>Delegate projects to the individual as part of career training
>Motivate the team and the individual to have more excitement in performing their jobs
>Provide performance feedback and development plan for the individual's performance improvement
