Job Description
Leads the billing, collection and revenue posting processes of GENT
Gather client billing information, pick-up check payments and deliver official receipts.
Update Division Heads and clients on billing and payment status
Coordinate with Financial reporting and revenue team for booking of payments collected.
Check and review signed cost estimate (CE) of each business unit
Monitors and update the status of CE in the Project Monitoring File when a project is completed (billing, collection, and revenue posting phase)
Review and approve the re-class (internal service charging) request by unit admins
Regularly visits the Project Monitoring File (PMF) to trigger Collection or Reclassification
Ensures that manpower requisitions and employee movements are in accordance with the total approved headcount
