This doesn't happen without our awesome people. We are looking for two (2) Billing and Collection Associates to join our growing team in Finance! What's on the menu for you to do: Review and analyze data used for billing Prepare invoices, billing adjustments, and send statements of accounts to customers Collect payments and post to accounts Send out notices with overdue accounts and reach out to customers and attempt to collect from them Prepare a weekly aging report and discuss past due accounts to respective account managers Keep track of delinquent accounts and propose account suspension if the account remains unpaid Compile reports on delinquent accounts for management Prepare recommendationsfor accounts to beturnedoverto the legal team Participate in processed and system implementations Other tasks that may be assigned What do you bring to the table? Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any business related course providers, and management Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using MS applications, and relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Open for recent graduates What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
