JOB DESCRIPTION
Report directly to the Finance Manager or his/her designate
Assist the FM in all financial aspects of the building
Update the FM and Head Property Manager of the areas/ accountabilities of the residents
Collects payments of the residents
Issues official receipts (OR) and provisional receipts (PR) to residents. The OR and PR booklets are then returned to the Finance Manager for safe keeping
Ensures accuracy on financial reports
Recommends corporate policies and procedures that are current and effective
Prepares reminder letters to residents who are not paying on time
Attends to all residents’ inquiries on their statement of account.
Informs the admin office contact details of the residents if there is any
Prepares daily collection reports, cash journals
All other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
A graduate of business/accounting/or other related courses
Has one year relevant work experience
Has an experience in admin & clerical duties
Willing to work for 6 days in a week
