Monitors the monthly SOA/OR Completeness uploaded in the Tenant Portal. Prepares/Releases collection letters and tenant-related correspondences. Receives and monitors submission of creditable expanded withholding tax forms and prepares CWT chargeback report. Receives/monitors submission of sales reports by percentage paying tenants. Updating of monthly collection summary report. Encoding of adjustments in SAP. Coordinates with various departments and provide data that may be requested. Attend to tenant's queries/concerns related to SOA. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Bachelor's degree in any Business Course (Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Accounting) At least six (6) months of work experience in Billing and collection knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
