Job Responsibility:
Monthly preparation of all balance sheet schedule related to Accounts Receivable
Weekly review and validation of all deductions from revenue, ensure all are supported and approved prior to posting.
Review and approval of all payment transfer or reclass from one account to another including the checking of supporting documents.
Conduct AR review periodically to address pending issues and formulate action plan based on the agreed
Weekly checking of unapplied payment for application.
Collaborate to other bank in facilitation or creation of different payment scheme.
Conduct random trade audit or account verification as needed.
Address all findings noted by the internal and external audit.
Review and recommend credit limit and terms for all accounts, including checking customer database.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Business Accountancy/Financial Management/Accounting Technology
With at least 3-5 years work experience in related role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
MS Office savvy, proficient in advanced excel; Knowledge in creation of Macros a plus
With excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Knowledgeable in SAP and/or other accounting systems
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Utilities 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate

The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. ("Zamboanga Water") and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. ("Tagum Water"), among others.
