Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly.
Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts.
Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting.
Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports.
Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed.
Requirements:
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 6 months work experience in Billing and Invoicing
Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
Proficiency in using MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)
High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable to working night shift
