Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable/Billing
Check and validate billing data from the transaction summary. Completeness of the supporting documents is required
Properly identify any significant discrepancy on rates (selling/buying) and advise ND Operation for reconciliation of information and documentation provided
Monitor any disputes from billing until closure
Identify potential revenue/cost leakages per account
Accounts Payable
Receives invoice from Trucker and Encode in Vendor Visibility Report
Validate trips/charges billed by Trucker based on transaction summary provided by ND Operations (DMR - Daily Monitoring Report)
Check and validate trucking data: Completeness of the reference number, document number, CV type, destination etc.
Apply buying rates, invoice number, remarks at the monitoring sheet; apple to apple rate application/validation (buying vs selling) to ensure profitability
Check/validate the cost accrual provided VS actual cost billed by vendor and Properly identify disputes
Process of invoices thru LFS/SAP
Other task that may ask from time to time.

Qualifications
General personal computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval
General customs brokerage/logistics industry knowledge helpful
Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards
Good interpersonal and organizational skills required
