YOUR TASKS:
OSP will validate and encode invoice details to IMI system like AWB number, PO number, weight and other shipment details.
Prepare Billing Summary and provide RFP form (Requisition for Payment) with reference and forward to IMI Accounting for payment process.
Ensure that all attachment is complete.
For invoices w/o PO information DHL OSP will forward it to IMI logistics team
DHL OSP will escalate to the Head of Global MRO & Logistics Joy Bondoc If invoices is not returned within the given period, refer to below timeline of escalation.
