Bizmates, the number 1 online business school in Japan, is setting up an IT team in Alabang, Muntinlupa, to work closely together with our Japan-based IT Job Highlights Immediate Hiring Hybrid work location until quarantine is lifted Exposure to Japanese working style with Agile methodology Responsibilities Liaise for the Philippines and Japan IT department stakeholders, in Japanese language Work with a team of cross-functional developers in delivering quality software applications end-to-end Write reusable, testable, efficient code Ensure high performance and responsiveness to any technical requests whether requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance or support Provide web programming expertise and make high-level design choices and technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms based on low level development experience Work collaboratively and proactively with the IT team in the Philippines and Japan Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, OR related field Degree or Certifications Conversational Japanese at least JLPT N3 required , proven verbal and written communication expertise working with Japanese stakeholders a must, certifications a plus Very good English communication skills a must At least 2 year hands-on experience in web development using the following: Object-oriented PHP or any framework (ex.
