Job Description:

Your role is responsible for end-to-end new hire on-boarding and background screening, specifically for Japan and Australia operations. You will also support Japan's Graduate Recruitment activities. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. Your role will allow you to interact with our colleagues from different APAC locations. This function will also expose you to various recruitment and onboarding systems. background screening.
Your key responsibilities -
Handle end-to-end onboarding of all hire types for Australia and Japan including lateral hires, new graduates, interns, internal transferees and cross border transferees.
Support Japan Graduate Recruitment activities such as room bookings, communication dispatches via a Japanese platform AOL and assessment dispatches via a platform called Yello.
Ensure that Key Process Indicators or Service Level Agreements agreed with counterparts are consistently met.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent.
Proven experience in handling On-boarding / Administrative Tasks preferably gained from the Financial Services/BPO.
Excellent written and verbal communication both English and Japanese Language.
