You'll be a BI developer with bounds of enthusiasm, some impressive data manipulation skills and a wealth of ideas? You'll be looking to make that next step within the data world and fancy working within an expanding BI Team
The successful candidate will develop in a wide range of data related opportunities:
Create bespoke data selections dependent on campaign or operational objectives
Support the production of reports across a wide range of business units
Investigating data quality or technical issues and suggesting ways to improve
Data provision for a wide range of operational and commercial investigations
Analytical support where needed across the various BI Teams
Presentation of information to team members or stakeholders
You will do this by:
Working as part of the wider BI Teams within London, Gibraltar and Leeds
Working across wide range of business units from Sports and Gaming, to VIP and CRM to collate their data needs
An eye for detail and challenging the way we do things to ensure best practices are delivered
Working with internal our Data Management and Technical Teams to improve the timeliness, quality and variety of our data where applicable
Leaving no ambiguity in final outputs
Delivering within a highly organized, documented and auditable environment
Strong SQL, SSRS and Power BI skills
What we'd like to see from you (knowledge, experience, qualifications):
A numeric or data-related qualification
2+ years experience within a BI Developer role
A creative thinking, problem solver
Strong Power BI visualisation experience
A good level of using SQL, SSIS and SSRS
Experience of working in a fast paced operational environment
Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to organize and prioritize a number of activities
A keen eye for on reporting related issues and take initiative for resolving them
A proactive approach making suggestions
You'll enjoy working in a team and building relationships with other departments
