Description
Primary Role:
- Support campaign process, implementation, performance tracking, analysis and digitalization to improve target, develop and execute campaigns end to end.
- Interpret marketing and customer data to identify new opportunities on how to best target and appeal to customers.
- Provide inputs on marketing campaign proposals & marketing analysis - steps for campaign design, process improvement to accelerate sales and grow revenue.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 year relevant experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting Tools and Design; Database Marketing / CRM role.
- Other Tools/Technologies/Skills needed: IBM Campaign Unica (or other equivalent campaign automation solution), Marketing Planning Life Cycle, Direct/target marketing campaign list creation, etc.
- Experience using SQL, Python, VBA, HTML would be preferred
- Passionate and creative with the ability to think outside.
- Highly organized, strong analytical and resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills both oral and in written.
- Must be willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal. Night Shift Schedule.
