Job Title: Beauty & Wellbeing PH FBP - Skin & D-Commerce
Location: BGC Office, PhilippinesSupport the Beauty & Wellbeing business in the Philippines, specifically the Skin Category and D-Commerce channel, by providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance and enable sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Planning & Performance ManagementAssist in annual business planning and help align financial frameworks with category and channel priorities.Monitor in-year business performance and provide timely variance analysis to ensure delivery of targets.Support long-term planning using relevant financial models and tools.Innovation Business CaseCo-create innovation business plans with cross-functional partners to help future proof and drive premiumization agendaDecision Support & AnalysisProvide financial analysis and actionable insights to support decisions on promotions, brand investments, and marketing activities.Prepare business cases for new product launches, D-Commerce initiatives, and other projects as required.Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.Budget & Cost ManagementSupport budget tracking for Gross Margin (GM), and Local Overheads (OH) for Skin Category and D-Commerce.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are a plus.Atleast 2 to 3 years in finance roles (FP&A, reporting, or business partnering).
