Responsible for delivering and managing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of students.
Implement the programs training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that the learners are trained to be job-ready.
Collaborate Teacher Leaders/Program Managers to implement the training program and goals of the Center
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for all types of learners.
Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate the different learning styles of the learners.
Assess trainees' progress and adjust training content as needed to address gaps.
Provide coaching and feedback to learners, focusing on areas for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training modules through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in contact center services and customer engagement.
Maintain training records, attendance, and other relevant documentation for lifeskills.ph documentation (Compliance and Accreditation Officer) and for TESDA submissions
Coordinate stocks and equipment needed for all training session to the Training Admin
