Responsible in maintaining the integrity, safekeeping and performs inventory of collateral documents and security folder for Consumer and EEL/Corporate Loans in accordance with the Banks policies and procedures.
Process and review release of collateral documents including Deed of Release of fully paid/settled consumer and EEL/corporate loans to registered owner/s or its authorized representative.
Accommodate walk-in clients and fulfill customer requests and queries as well as prepare and send reports as applicable and perform other tasks as assigned within the Departments function.
