Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the general functions of the bank.
Ensure that all banking activities including customer service, deposits, loans, and other services are handled in accordance with federal regulations and the policies of their institution.
Carries out the task of enforcing, learning, translating, and understanding the law and regulations of the bank to serve the clients in the right way.
Review trade area and identify new market opportunities.
Keep in line with company growth strategy.
Provides proper training to the bank employees regarding the operations of the bank to understand the business vision of the bank and motivate them to work, keeping in mind the goal and vision of the bank.
Address customer issues and concerns promptly.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, management or similar (preferred)
With more than 5 years work related experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
