Position: Bancassurance Executive (Sales Executive)Location: MakatiSet up: On-site (Mon-Fri) Morning ShiftJob Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell services using in-depth knowledge of company offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations.
Meet sales targets by prioritizing high-impact activities.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience course.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with relationship-building capabilities.
