Position: BANK CSR
Schedule: Night shift
Location: Technohub QC
Start Date: July 12, 2021
Salary: P26,000 - P28, 000
RESPONSIBILITES:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Handle customer inquiries and concern, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Work closely with team leaders to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed at least second year in college (without back subjects) with 1 year solid international voice bank account experience
5 years experience should be in bank processing and customer service (i.e loans, annuities, fraud, phone banker)
Above average English communication skills
Good tenure in each employer
Amenable to work ONSITE in Technohub, QC
Amenable to work in shifting schedules, render over time if needed and during holiday
