Location: Main office at B. Suico St., Tingub, Mandaue City
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bank Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth coordination between our office and banking partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client loan applications, legal documents, and loan transactions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing concerns, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and optimizing office operations for efficiency and quality service.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
Track and manage all sales activities, client interactions, and customer complaints accurately
Strengthen customer relationships to enhance long-term retention and value.
Enforce operational processes and quality service standards within the organization.
Act as a liaison to resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Contribute to achieving marketing and sales goals by providing insights, recommending strategies, and reviewing plans
Monitor performance, identify trends, and drive system improvements to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Assess and address client concerns with tailored solutions
Continuously evaluate and refine marketing and sales strategies.
Manage bank-related transactions and optimize efficiency
Communicate regularly with bank partners regarding client loan applications, legal documents, and loan proceeds.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficient in using computer applications
Strong analytical, leadership, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management skills.
