Job Description
Being a critical member of the Client Services team, this role will be essential for centralizing the transactions that are imported to the Investran software. Upon doing so, the team will be able to review and approve the journals.
This is an opportunity to be involved in significant change and improvement within IQEQ globally and to work with Client Services teams in all regions.
The successful candidate will be expected to have enthusiasm for making change and an aptitude for utilizing systems to improve our processes as they work with multiple banks to transform banking statements into Investran upload files.
Keen attention to detail is essential to successfully import files into Investran, investigating and solving any errors with import at the same time being able to escalate issues to the Investran Team for resolution.
Testing of new enhancements and involvement in testing future automations including potential robotic automations will be asked from time to time.
A collaborative attitude is needed as the candidate needs to collaborate with banks to ensure feeds are as efficient as possible as well as being open in taking feedback from Client Services globally around improvements and support for uploads
Qualifications
Strong academic track record with University Degree in Accountancy/Business
Aptitude for improving systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
Ability to build team rapport with a willingness to share knowledge.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Meticulous, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented.
