Requirements:
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesian and English
Open for Filipino who is proficient in Bahasa Indonesian
Very good English communication skills
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Preferably with diploma in Biomedical Equipment Services, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Medical Engineering discipline
Willing to work in a Project based job
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and business partners of the company
Handle first line of technical support to end users for medical product/devices distributed by the company
Provide guidance on how to properly use the medical device and address user challenges
Attend to inquiries and complaints and troubleshoot reported technical issues
Ensure that medical devices undergo diagnostics and met the required standards
