Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Bahasa Indonesian
Open for Foreigners who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian
Preferably with diploma in Biomedical Equipment Services, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Medical Engineering discipline
Medical experience and background is highly advantage
Willing to work on a Project-base job
Responsibilities:
Responsible in complaint investigation and reporting
Manages communication and follow-up of critical complaints.
Receive inbound Customer calls and email communications and address in a professional and friendly
Ensure all inquiries and complaints are action as per procedures.
Filing of all medical events and malfunctions within the required time frame.
