Job Responsibilities:
• Communicates with client on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
• Resolves client concerns on the initial call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
• Employs escalation methods as required.
• Completes, processes and keeps appropriate documents and records.

Job Requirements:
◾ Completed 2 years in college, must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, with 6 months in a technical account
OR
◾ High school graduate with at least 6 months solid BPO work experience and college undergraduate who completed less than 2 years with at least 6 months of solid BPO work experience
