BACK OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF (WORK FROM HOME) (REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY) (OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES)
 
We are currently looking for a motivated and determined individual who will be responsible for providing administrative support to Property Managers and Sales Support Managers through file management, processing of contracts, documents, updating of database, generating reports, sending of reminders & grievances to clients, and managing & answering of emails from clients & other clerical tasks required by the role.

Job Responsibilities:
Review inquiries and email from client or from maintenance job to identify and forward to respective Property Manager.
File Management & Generate basic reports
Archiving pending queue files in Filesmart for every Property Manger in a weekly basis or as required so.
Enter expiring properties per month in Lease Renewal Tray in Trello
Organizing and updating files using REST
Check invoices from the contractors and forward to specific Property Manager.
Send Arrears to tenants and Issue breach notices as required by Property Manager
Arrange and plot monthly routine inspection in REST based on Property Managers given inspection report and schedule inspection notices to tenants.
Extract details from Management Authority (Advertising, Lease Sign, Photography Fee, Leasing Fee, Management Fee, Property Condition Report Fee, Final Bond Inspection Fee, Routine Inspection Fee, Lease Renewal Fee, Court Fees, Title Search Fee, Tenant Enquiry Fee, Postage/Pettie Fee) and enter in Property Notes in REST
Maintain data entry necessities by following data program techniques and procedure
Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Perform other task as maybe required by the Property Managers.
Processing of contracts and documents for sales
Administrative tasks - drafting letters, email and office correspondence.
Other ad hoc and data entry tasks
Job Qualifications:
An Associate or graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
With at least one (1) year work experience as Back Office Support/Data Entry.
Above Average English communication skills
High level attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and has excellent customer service skills
Willing to be trained and motivated to learn
Can start immediately
