Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports
Assist with scheduling and coordination of inspections, repairs, and maintenance requests
Process and track applications, documentation, and internal records
Ensure files and records are complete, accurate, and properly organized
Address inquiries and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team members
Provide administrative support and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
College graduate (any related course)
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to manage large volumes of paperwork during busy periods
Strong communication skills - professional, polite, and clear
Willing to learn new tools and systems (technical expertise not required)
High level of professionalism and strong customer service mindset
Proactive, reliable, and a team player
