About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest companies in the Philippines with an intention to transform their digital strategy
Job Description
Involves developing and executing strategies to optimize distribution channels and adapt to digital advancements. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, superior technological, digital understanding, and strong leadership skills to drive successful digital transformation across various channels
Identify new opportunities, enhancing customer experiences, and implementing technology-driven solutions for better market reach (particularly to B2C market) and operational efficiency
Create a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with the Company's business objectives, identifies target markets and outlines the mix of channels (retail, digital, online, partnerships, etc.) to maximize customer reach and revenue generation
Develop and execute strategies to drive e-commerce growth, including channel expansion, digital marketing initiatives, and optimizing online sales performance
Drive growth by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives across different channels, fostering cross-selling opportunities (between Globe, portcos and Ayala Group and partners) and optimizing the customer journey to increase revenue generation.
Design and execute a roadmap for transforming the current channels and operations to meet evolving market trends and customer preferences, and changing business direction which may involve digitalization, process optimization, and integration of new technologies.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, vendors, distributors and other industry stakeholders to enhance the Group's portfolio and expand its reach.
Utilize data analytics, competitor and market research to derive insights about customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends, which inform decision-making and adjustments to the channel strategy identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities
Drive the group's collaboration with cross-functional teams towards organizational change associated with the channel transformation, seamless integration of channel strategies with various teams and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years senior-level B2C Strategy roles in telco, technology, ecommerce, fintech, or systems integration companies
Strong communication skills ability to handle and influence C-suite and senior leaders
High learning agility and strong ability to navigate organization from experience in working with B2C Telco, technology, innovative digital distribution, partnerships
In-depth understanding of various distribution channels, including digital, retail, direct and partner channels
